Emergency Roadside Assistance Protocol
If you experience a vehicle breakdown, flat tire, mechanical warning light, or emergency, follow these immediate steps:

Scan Vehicle QR Code: Scan the QR code sticker located inside the vehicle glovebox or windshield to access emergency contact details, digital instructions, and support forms.

Accident Reporting Instructions
In the event of an accident or collision:

Ensure all passengers are safe and call 911 immediately if emergency medical or police assistance is required.

Obtain a police report number and exchange contact and insurance information with all parties involved.

Complete our online accident report within 2 hours of the incident.
What to Include in an Accident Report
- Renter name and rental agreement number
- Incident date, time, and location
- Description of the incident and vehicle damage
- Third-party driver name, contact, and insurance policy details
- Photos of the accident, the police report, and insurance documentation
