Core Rental Requirements

• Driver's License: Valid, unexpired state-issued driver's license.
• Age Requirement: Renters must meet LIKEM's minimum rental age standards (typically 21+ or 25+ depending on vehicle classification).
• Proof of Insurance: Active automotive insurance policy meeting Maryland minimum liability and collision standards.
• Accepted Payments: Major credit cards and debit cards processed through secure card portals. Zelle payments accepted under specific approval terms.
• Security Deposit: Standard refundable security deposit authorization required before key handoff.
• Authorized Drivers: Only drivers explicitly listed and verified on the digital rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.
